When you join our waitlist or apply as a CPA, we collect the information you provide directly — including name, email, phone number, license details for CPAs, and details about your accounting needs for clients.

2. How we use it

To communicate with you about your application or waitlist status
To match CPAs and clients based on service and industry fit
To verify CPA license and insurance status
To improve the platform as we build it

3. What we don't do

We don't sell your information to third parties. We don't share a CPA's or client's direct contact information with the other party until an engagement is confirmed through Dockitt.

4. Document storage

Financial documents uploaded for an active engagement are stored securely and are only accessible to the client and the matched CPA for that engagement.

5. Your choices

You can request to be removed from our waitlist or have your data deleted at any time by contacting us.
