CPAs pay a flat subscription

That's the whole fee. It covers your live contract list, in-platform messaging, document storage, negotiation support, and insurance verification. No commission. No percentage of what you bill a client. Ever. Join before launch and your rate is locked at $5/mo for life. We go live October 1, 2026 — we're spending the rest of August and all of September promoting Dockitt, with a goal of 1,000 CPAs on board by launch.
Clients pay Dockitt nothing

Posting a role, getting matched, and hiring a CPA through Dockitt costs you nothing. We never charge a finder's fee. You pay your CPA directly, for the work, the way you would anyway — we just don't take a cut of it.
We don't touch your engagement

Once you're matched, the contract, the rate, and the payment are between you and your client. Dockitt takes no cut of the service fee — we're not a staffing agency skimming off your rate. We built the introduction. What you charge is yours.
Every CPA on Dockitt carries E&O insurance.
Before your first paid contract, you'll need to show proof of active errors & omissions (professional liability) coverage — no exceptions. You're free to use your own provider, or one of ours.

Charged through Stripe
We partner with Stripe to process every subscription.
Stripe has processed payments for millions of businesses since 2010, from independent freelancers to companies like Amazon and Shopify — it's one of the most trusted names in online payments, and your card details are handled entirely by Stripe, never stored on our end. Canceling, updating your card, or requesting a refund takes a couple of taps through Stripe's own secure portal — no phone calls, no waiting on hold, no games. If you don't want to be part of this community anymore, leaving is just as easy as joining.

That $0.66 is a cost we absorb — we don't pass it on to you or tack it onto your rate. What's left keeps Dockitt running: the servers, the matching, the platform itself, live and working for you 24/7. This isn't about building a cash machine off CPAs. It's about giving licensed accountants a real third option — not stuck choosing between the corporate grind or spending years building your own firm from scratch. Your license is worth more than most people realize. Dockitt exists to prove that, and to hand the accounting industry a little more flare, a little more confidence, and a lot more independence.
